A friend brought me flowers yesterday, but I could not bear to throw away some fading roses that are stll crisp and I think beginning to 'dry'.

My word today is Laugh

A close up of my "laughter corner" LOL. We 'scrapped' these letters at a scrapbook convention and I just had to hang them up above a panting that my mum did. Mum loved to laugh, and its a constant reminder that laughter is the best medecine. The poppies are so joyful they also make me laugh!!!

Took this shot again in the dark this morning and oops I did get a bit of 'glare' on the wall.

Because I thought my home was sold, I got rid of a few things LOL, so one of my my empty spare bedrooms..

It used to look quite pretty, although this pic I took a few months ago before I was practising my photography!!!

Just recently I heard that the sale had fallen through and we start all over again. You and the designers at IACW have been my anchor. My word today is Namib (as in desert)

LOL was sitting at my computer this morning trying to think of an N word, looked up and what did I see, the Namib desert. These are two photographs taken by a friend of mine, which I bought and framed. As it is 6.00 am it is still pitch black outside...Normally I get the flash reflected in my pics so think I must be learning and improving !!
